Large inventory of exceptionally clean quality used cars. Really easy transaction. I did most of it online before driving from Michigan to finalize the purchase. In and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes.Yuriy was really easy to work with. A little wiggle room on price but not much because the cars are already competitively priced based on my online research. No one gets out of the $380 document fee so don't even try. Very fair final price with no gotchas or Unexpected add-ons. Would buy from them again.
Scott helped us out when we came to look around at the dealership for a first car for my daughter. Initially they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for but he said he would let me know if something came in. A few days later he contacted me to let me know a vehicle got traded in that was exactly what we were looking for. He understood my urgency for needing it before school started, got it cleaned up and ready for me to test drive by the next day. I bought the vehicle and my daughter LOVES it. To be honest, I have always been nervous going into a Car dealership because I know nothing about cars. At the same time, my lack of knowledge of cars can be a weakness, but it didn’t feel like that when I went here. I got assisted by Victor and I’m happy that he did. Because he was very attentive and explicated what car met my needs. Due to that, I was able to know what car was my perfect match. That to me is valuable because I could tell I was being helped and really listened to. Love this place!

Very laid back. Gave me options and was honest upfront even before I showed up. After 3rd choice (mine) I chose A Jeep Laredo. Was not EVER on my Radar! He said give it a ride see what ya think. The service was professional and the process was very easy and didn’t take long once I decided on the vehicle. I’ve been happy with my vehicle so far. Was having some issues figuring out the Bluetooth so I stopped into Car City and Victor resolved the issue within minutes!

Visited Car City to look at and test drive a couple of trucks, one of which they were still detailing it was so new. We met with Yuriy and he was helpful, answered my questions, and was respectful without being pushy. We were able to test drive our choice of trucks and felt welcome to do so. I appreciated not being "sold to" as so many other dealers/sales people do, and expected to come back for another look. Yuriy followed up by text a couple days later, but again was not pushy or pressuring.

This place is great!! Went there today 5/19/21 and met Dmitriy He had the car ready for me to check out and test drive when I got there. He was great to work with and everything went smoothly!! I drove 40 miles to get there and was home in 3 hours from the time I left my house to the time I got home with my new car!! Highly recommended! Two guys are professional salesmen, their office is very clean and well organized, they are very intelligent people, honest and understanding. We loved the way they are dealing with people. Their cars are all in a good shape, they are open to explain everything what bothers you or tell you the truth about stuff that other Dillers hide. They have high quality service. Highly recommend for people who have kids, we have 7 of them and we need a car almost every year, there’s no reason to buy a new car for teenagers that’s why we love them and appreciate their job because their cars are very good and we have no problems with them. I have the pickiest girlfriend in the world, and when we went to car city to check out a car she liked, we found out they had actually sold the car that morning. But mike had amazing patience, and went through a multitude of cars, only for her not to like most of them, but he did have a very nice Nissan Altima, and she fell in love with it! If you’re thinking about going to car city, do it! Ask for Mike and he will take good care of you!! You won’t be dissapointed!

I have given the rating of 5 stars because in all honesty you don't find dealers that are willing to work with you and aren't pushing to get your business. They will guide you through eveything and then some. Mike was a great help, always respectful and kind. They give you a chance to test drive it without them having to be in the car with you. I liked that because it gave me time to actually decide if i wanted the car or not. This is truly a dealer that i would highly recommend.

Met with Chris P to look at a 14 fusion. Looked at the carfax, car was clean, and in good shape for the year. Chris was knowledgeable, and a down to earth no pressure salesman. I test drove the fusion, after which the owner came and introduced himself to me and we talked a little bit about the car and his background. I talked to Chris to make them an offer, and they came back with a counter offer. It was only a few hundred more than my offer. I accepted, and was in and out in no time. Had a few minor issues I wanted to see addressed, and they did it no questions asked. Great place to buy a car. Will definitely buy from again.
